If you wish to email ALL STUDENTS, ALL FACULTY/STAFF, or EVERYONE please use one of the following email addresses:
To send an email to one of the above mailing lists, compose your email in your email program (Webmail, Outlook, Mail, etc.) and insert one of the above addresses in the "To:" field. When you click SEND your email will be submitted to the Computing Center email server for delivery after 5PM. This is the "preferred" method for emailing ALL STUDENTS, ALL FACULTY/STAFF, or EVERYONE.
If you send a batch email to one of the above addresses and it does not get sent, please contact the Computing Center. They monitor and send all requests through those mailing lists. The Web Team only controls batch emails submitted in the form below.
Should you need to email a targeted STUDENT group, instructions are below.
The University Web Team has the capability of sending "batch" emails to a large variety of students. We are able to select and "target" a subset or group and send an email to each individual within that group.
We maintain a database of currently enrolled students including email address, college, major, degree, gpa, and much much more!
For example:
We could send to ALL currently enrolled students on-campus, majoring in ARCH, who live in ASWELL a notification of a club meeting.
Guidelines:
- All batch email submissions must come from a VALID "latech.edu" email address.
- You must enter a VALID "latech.edu" reply to address.
- You must submit your request at least 2 days prior to the date you'd like to send your email.
- *Please proofread before clicking submit. WE DO NOT SPELL CHECK YOUR WORK.
If any of the above guidelines are not followed your e-mail may not be sent.
